create_CycloneDX_xml()

create_CycloneDX_xml() creates a new directory called ../SBOM/ in the project root directory and stores the following files:

• CycloneDX_<date>.xml is created and stored
• version.db stores SBOM version number
• cySBOM_1.0.0.html is created and stored
