create_cySBOM_xml()

create_cySBOM_xml() creates a new directory called ../SBOM/ in the project root directory and stores the following files:

• cySBOM_<date>.xml is created and stored
• version.db stores SBOM version number
• cySBOM_Diagnostics_Report.txt is created and stored
• cySBOM_Static_Code_Analysis.txt is created and stored
• cySBOM_1.0.0.html is created and stored
• cySBOM_Dependency_Plot.png is created and stored
